We started Conversational AI to solve a specific, stubborn problem: Australian businesses kept being forced to choose between voice AI that actually works and voice AI that keeps their data at home. The products that worked lived in US-hosted, multi-tenant clouds. The ones that respected data sovereignty barely worked at all.

This blog is where we’ll write about closing that gap.

We’re a small, technical, Australian team, and we’d rather write things that are useful than things that are merely promotional. Expect:

  • What we’ve learned running 10,000+ calls a month in production, including the failure modes nobody warns you about.
